Shipping Disclaimer

Shipping Disclaimer: We retain the right to not ship to any locations where local laws prohibit the sale, possession, use, or purchase of THCa, Delta 8 THC products, or any hemp-derived products. Currently, THCA products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island.

Shipping

Upon purchase of our product(s) customers will receive 2 separate email confirmations: one to confirm fulfilment of order and the second confirming the shipment of your order with tracking information. The two emails can be sent together or separately. Please allow 24 hours to process and fulfill your order. If you order and purchase between the times of 5pm and 7am (eastern standard), then your 24-48 hours will start the following business day at 7am (eastern standard). Our goal at RISE Hemp Co. is to fulfill and ship orders within 24 hours of purchase. You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address while submitting your order on the website. RISE Hemp Co. will attempt to contact you in the event the address is flagged by our carrier service, but we hold no responsibility if the package is returned to sender or sent to the incorrect destination due to this. Should a package need to be resent due to an incorrect address you entered, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Return/Refund Policy

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. You are purchasing these products at your own risk. At RISE Hemp Co., we do our best to ensure adequate, quality storage and container seals for our products to arrive leak-free and fresh. If you receive your order and are not satisfied, we do ask that you contact us via email within 24 hours of package delivery. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.
